To qualify for our Live Arrival Guarantee:

• Someone must be available to receive the package on the first delivery attempt.
• Any issues must be reported within 2 hours of delivery.
• Clear photos of the livestock and packaging must be provided.

If your order qualifies and arrives with losses due to shipping, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number.

Weather delays, carrier delays, incorrect shipping addresses, or unattended packages may void the guarantee.
